So you want to get into 3D printing? Or you already started and are eager to share your new hobby with your children?  In this one hour workshop, we will introduce the students to modelling and 3D printing through building objects. Each student will gain an understanding of 3D printing technology and take home their very own 3D printed creation after the completion of the workshop.

The class will be led by Nick Romick (adult instructor) and Ethan Romick (student instructor).

Lead Instructor:
Nick Romick is a Visual Effects Artist & Producer in Vancouver, British Columbia. He originally founded the VCGA (Vancouver Computer Graphics Association) in 2012 with the goal of bringing together the Vancouver Visual Effects, Film and Video Game Industry by offering social networking, training and open-source projects.

Supporting Instructor:
Quite possibly the youngest instructor we have ever had at Chinatown House, Ethan at 5 years old is a already a leader on the playground. Ethan has always been interested in art and building Lego. Like his dad, Nick, he is interested in acting, filmmaking and visual effects, making films like ‘The Floor is Lava” on weekends with his dad. He loves to help and teach other children what he knows.
